Apparently, SJP is a little irritated that she wasn’t told that the silver Nina Ricci creation had in fact been worn before, by none other than Lindsey Lohan in a Harper’s Bazaar shoot a few months back. At least Sarah Jessica can take comfort in knowing that she looked much more fabulous than LiLo.

French fashion legend Yves Saint Laurent died late Sunday at his home in Paris. Battling illness throughout most of his life, the designer succumbed to a brain tumor at the age of 71.
Yves Saint Laurent’s 40-year career revolutionized the way women dressed, introducing menswear to women’s fashion putting women in pants and tuxedos.

Sporting a clutch is always in, but check out this funky fresh take on a classic from Marc by Marc Jacobs. It’s the oversized Airliner Magazine Clutch, seen here in black, but also available in bright blue. The bag is backordered in most places like Neiman Marcus, Barney’s and Net-A-Porter.

Add a blast of color to your wardrobe this summer with accessories. If you’re afraid to step too far over the edge, try a brightly hued tie-dye scarf like TDM Design’s in ‘Maison Sun’, or play with colors and textures in your handbag. Dior’s ‘Gipsy’ Ruffles Large Bag is big on both color and ruffle.

Not quite.
The footwear company has reportedly tapped LA based designer Rozae Nichols to design a 14-piece outerwear line.
The collection will feature a selection of jackets and sweaters, all with Ugg’s signature stitching. There have apparently also been talks for an Ugg 2009 handbag line.
Patterns are IN, IN, IN this season! Which is why you should try plaid.
This classic style gets a modern update all over the runway this year with new and interesting details.
This Elizabeth and James Bonfire shirt stands out as a mix between masculine and feminine (side note: it was designed by the Olsen twins).

Rihanna: Goddess
R&B singer Rihanna strikes a statuesque pose in a stunning one-shouldered draped gown. The grey goddess dress skims right over those little problem areas while still accentuating the curves. A gold bow and train added dramatic detail in the back.

Jennifer Lopez: High-waist Pants
JLo knows how to rock her curves with the high-waist pant. Despite the initial turnoff some may have to this 70’s inspired style, a high waist is actually much more flattering than those oh-so-low ones.
They add control to the belly and make the leg look lean, slender and long, and accentuate all those beautiful curves.

Scarlett Johansson: Full-skirted Dresses
The glamorous actress looked to-die-for in the latest trend in dresses: the cocktail length full-skirt. The cut glams up any look while still keep it young and fresh.
The silk gown is Oscar de la Renta and the black pumps are Miu Miu. Paired with fishnet tights, Scarlett looks very modern vintage.

Victoria Beckham: Bright Colors
One of my favorite fashionistas looks glam in bright orange as the judge at the final Project Runway fashion show.
The stylish British import opted for a monochromatic look with the Donna Karan dress and matching Versace sandals, accessorizing only with a few gold bangles and her signature oversized sunglasses.
